Gradelink Portal
Each enrolled family will receive their username and password at orientation. Please note that usernames and passwords will roll over into each school year for returning students.
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the GRADELINK PORTAL button below and select “forgot password”. You will need to use the email address that you have on file with the school.
School Uniforms
CCCA requires uniforms for all students. These are available at several local stores and through many online vendors.
Dress Code for Boys
- All clothing should be clean and in good condition with no holes or tears.
- Clothing must comply with the uniform dress code outlined on Uniform Information Sheet.
- Boys in first through twelfth grade must wear shirts tucked and a belt.
- Boys may wear shorts which comply with uniform code on Uniform Information Sheet.
- Only CCCA logo hoodies, sweaters, and jackets may be worn inside the classroom.
- Shoes must be suitable for daily recess, break, and P.E. class in all grades. Flip-flops, sandals, open-toe or open-back shoes are not permitted. Heels must be lower than two inches. Crocs, house shoes, or slippers are not acceptable for school.
- Boys are not permitted to wear pierced jewelry of any kind – including on ears – while at school. Necklaces may be worn inside the shirt.
- Boys must have a neat haircut. Hair must be off the collar, off the ears and above the eyebrows. Boys may not have designs cut into hair.
- Unusual haircuts, extreme styles and unnatural hair coloring are not permitted.

- Skirts, skorts, shorts and scooters must be knee-length and settle at a maximum of 2 inches above the kneecap when sitting.
- All skirts and jumpers must be worn with fitted shorts underneath.
- Leggings and stockings must be solid school colors only; skirts/jumpers must be knee length.
- Only CCCA logo hoodies, sweaters, and jackets may be worn inside the classroom.
- Shoes must be suitable for daily recess, break, and P.E. class in all grades. Flip-flops, sandals, open-toe or open-back shoes are not permitted. Heels must be lower than two inches. Crocs, house shoes, or slippers are not acceptable for school.
- Jewelry may be worn at school but should be chosen with safety and neat appearance in mind. Although wearing multiple earrings is a common fashion trend, girls are required to wear no more than 2 sets of earrings (and worn only on ear lobes). Earrings should be small hoops or posts that do not extend beyond the ear lobe. Large hoops (more than 1 inch in diameter) are not permitted.
- Wearing of make-up is not permitted in elementary grades. Female middle and high school (6th -12th grade) students may wear natural shades of foundation, concealer, eye shadow and lip color (glittery make-up is not permitted). Dark or excessive eyeliner and/or mascara is not permitted. All girls wearing make-up must have the approval of their parent(s).
- Hairstyles must be neat and moderate. Extreme hairstyles or those containing unnatural coloring are not permitted.

Health and Medication Policy
Immunizations
Each student must present a current Certificate of Immunizations upon registration and enrollment for each school year. Exceptions are made for students with the state approved form issued by their physician and the Health Department.
Illness Policy
State and federal law mandates children ill with communicable diseases be kept home, not returning to school until eligible for re-entry.
School re-entry guidelines for common illnesses:
Viral sore throat/colds: Child must be able to participate in school activities and not overly tired/listless; coughs must be under control. Temperature must be below 100.6 for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.
Diarrhea and/or Vomiting: Child must be symptom free for at least 12 hours and able to eat without recurrence. Temperature must be below 100.6 for 24 hours without fever-reducing.
Strep throat/Scarlet fever: Child must be taking antibiotics for a full 24 hours and be fever free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.
Infectious rashes (i.e. ringworm, impetigo, etc): Child must be on doctor-prescribed medication/treatment for at least 24 hours; exposed ringworm must be covered at school.
Conjunctivitis/Pink Eye: Child must be on prescription treatment for at least 24 hours. Eyes must not be draining.
Chickenpox/Shingles: All pustules must be dry and child must be fever free for at least 48 hours.
Head lice: We maintain a strict “nit-free” policy. Re-entry to class must be approved by both the teacher and school administrator.
